The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global agenda with the spirit that the positive impacts of development must be enjoyed by all parties without anyone being left behind. The spirit of sustainable development within the framework of the SDGs is in line with the national development goal of providing prosperity for all Indonesian people. In an effort to achieve the SDGs targets and the national development goals set out in the RPJMN and Nawacita, credible and up to date data support is needed. The publication of Welfare Statistics is a manifestation of BPS' responsibility as an institution tasked with providing basic statistical data as input for development planning and evaluation.
